StartDate: 9/1/2025 Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $310000.00 - $320000.00

An established practice in a coveted community in the San Francisco East Bay is adding to its primary care team in Antioch, CA. Experience a true work-life balance with flexible schedule options. Family Medicne Physicians or Internal Medicine Physicians are encouraged to apply.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

• Up to $320,000 base salary
• Up to $250,000+ in recruitment incentives
• See a max of 18-20 patients per day
• 100% outpatient (option for newborn rounding + intermittent hospitalist shifts)
• Immediate leadership and precepting opportunities
• $10,000 for relocation assistance
• Robust benefits package, including annual employer retirement contribution
