Landscaping Crew Member – Mulching Specialist

The Role
As a Mulching Crew Member, you’ll work outdoors with a team of landscaping professionals to deliver high-quality mulching services to residential and commercial properties. No two days are the same — expect fresh air, physical activity, and the satisfaction of transforming properties with your work.
Responsibilities
Assist with the delivery and application of mulch to landscape beds and designated areas
Edge, weed, and prepare landscape beds for mulching
Operate basic landscaping tools (wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, etc.)
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate with crew leaders and follow directions effectively
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with clients or team members
Support additional landscaping tasks as needed
Qualifications
Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license is a plus
