What You'll Do:
Manage a portfolio of claims with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and efficient claim resolution.
Leverage your negotiation expertise to drive claims towards successful settlements.
Develop a solid understanding of medical aspects related to claims management.
Coordinate with defense counsel, ensuring claims are effectively directed and managed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in handling commercial or auto liability claims is a plus, though we are open to a range of relevant experience.
Proven ability to exercise independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying claim volumes.
