Week 2: Sunday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary:

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate care to patients under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, all while operating within your licensed scope. Your role is essential in ensuring the well-being of our patients and supporting their journey to health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to patient assessments and ensure their overall well-being.
• Administer medications and monitor for any adverse reactions.
• Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and available resources.
• Document patient encounters accurately, including diagnoses and follow-up instructions.
• Transcribe orders and ensure timely completion of patient charts.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing.

Experience:

• No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent communication, standing, walking, and lifting (0-25 lbs).
• Occasional lifting (25-50 lbs) and moving of patients.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks, including bending and reaching.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

State of Work Location: Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin

• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Licensure Issued by Compact State
